The Commercial & Agricultural Property team acts for a wide range of clients in respect of land, office, industrial, leisure, retail, agricultural and residential developments across the U.K.

We also provide the services of a Notary Public as two Partners within the team are Notarians.

With an ability to handle large and complex developments, the team adopts a  Partner led commercial approach to all transactions, whilst working closely with other professional advisers to meet your overall project objectives.

Our approach is further strengthened by our ability to provide a combined legal, planning and design service to property owners, developers and landlords by working in conjunction with our in-house planning and design team.

We provide advice and guidance on all areas of landlord and tenant law from the assignment of existing leases to the preparation of more complex development documentation, and we have particular expertise in dealing with large scale land redevelopment work.
